On October 23, Pisces Moon honored Judy Shepard at a Reception/Benefit at Vet's Hall. The program, Meaning of Matthew: The Power of an Individual to Effect Change, featured Santa Cruz County leaders in politics, arts and activism who spoke about the ways we effect change in our daily work and lives.
