Pisces Moon has received three significant grants from the Community
Foundation of Santa Cruz County. The first, in 2006, helped us to
enhance the capabilities of our website.
The Rydell Visual Arts Fund
of the Community Foundation of Santa Cruz County awarded Pisces Moon
Productions with a grant to support the visual arts design and
construction components of The Exonerated, which ran April 27 through May 26, 2007 at the Broadway Playhouse in the Santa Cruz Art League.
The Diversity Partnership Fund at the Community Foundation of Santa Cruz County supported our October 2008 production of The Laramie Project,
as well as the related advocacy, outreach and educational programs. The
Diversity Partnership Fund is an endowment for local efforts in social
justice that strengthen alliances, promote respect and enhance services
for the county's Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT)
community.
We appreciate the supportof the Community Foundation, and ask you to help them
to help the arts and human services in Santa Cruz County. Please visit their web site for more

To proportionally fund a broad and culturally diverse range of arts organizations and individual artists based in Santa Cruz County.
To fund arts organizations and individual artists based on their artistic excellence, service to the community and administrative competence.
We thank the Cultural Council for their support over the years and invite you to find out more about them by clicking here.
The Puffin Foundation
The Puffin Foundation recognized Pisces Moon with funding to support the production of Dead Man Walking, which ran in February 2008 at the Cabrillo College Theater. Since its founding in 1983, the Puffin Foundation Ltd. has sought to open the doors of artistic expression by providing grants to artists and art organizations who are often excluded from mainstream opportunities due to their race, gender, or social philosophy. The Puffin Foundation looks to support creative and innovative initiatives that will advance progressive social change. Equally, Pisces Moon believes in the power of live theatre to move hearts, provoke discourse and influence social change.
We are grateful for the funding, which will help us to continue the work we do. For more information about the Puffin Foundation, please click here.
