On October 12, the tenth anniversary of Matthew Shepard’s death, the performance of The Laramie Project was followed by a candlelight procession and vigil to honor victims of hate crimes. Participants gathered at the Santa Cruz City Hall Courtyard to give testimonials. They then made a procession to the Town Clock.
